CIL i.e. Coal India Limited has invited online applications for recruitment to the posts of Trainee. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website coalindia.in. The last date to apply for CIL vacancies is July 22, 2022. Management Trainee will be recruited by Coal India on the basis of the GATE exam score. Under the recruitment, a total of 1050 vacancies are being filled in various departments- Mining, Civil, Electronics, Telecommunication, System, and EDP.
Eligibility Criteria for CIL Recruitment 2022
BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks is the minimum qualifying requirement for Mining, Civil & Electronics & Telecommunication discipline, while for Systems & EDP discipline minimum qualification is required. The qualification is BE/ B.Tech/ B.Sc (Engineering) in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering/ IT or MCA with minimum 60% marks.
Eligibility Criteria for Coal India Recruitment
The upper age limit for General (Unreserved) and EWS category candidates should not be more than 30 years as of 04 August 2021 as per the details and age limit rules are given in the notification issued by Coal India Limited. Category-wise upper age relaxation will be applicable.
Selection Process Under CIL Recruitment
Eligible candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE - 2022) in Engineering. Based on the GATE-2022 score/score and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise in the ratio of 1:3 for the further selection process. The final merit list for each subject will be prepared on the basis of GATE-2022 scores/scores. Please note that for Coal India Limited's 2022 Management Trainee Recruitment, only GATE score/2021 and 2022 marks will be valid or GATE score/marks before or will not be valid.
Application Fee for Coal India Recruitment
Candidates belonging to the General (Unreserved) / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000. SC/ ST/ PWD candidates/ Employees of Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries are exempted from payment of application fee.
