Coal India Recruitment 2022: Coal India Limited has invited online applications for the recruitment of Management Trainees based on the GATE 2022 score. Eligible candidates can apply through the official website coalindia.in from 23rd June (10.00 AM). The last date to apply for the vacancies is July 22, 2022. The recruitment drive is being conducted to fill up a total of 1050 vacancies in various disciplines - Mining, Civil, Electronics & Telecommunication, and System & EDP.
CIL Recruitment 2022: Eligibility Criteria
The upper age limit for General (UR) and EWS category candidates is 30 years as of 04 August 2021 as per the details given in the notification and age limit rule. Category-wise upper age relaxation will be applicable.
CIL Recruitment 2022: Educational Qualification
BE / B.Tech / B.Sc (Engineering) in relevant branch of Engineering with a minimum of 60% marks is the minimum qualifying requirement for Mining, Civil & Electronics & Telecommunication discipline, while for Systems & EDP discipline minimum qualification is required. The qualification is BE/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in Computer Science/Computer Engineering/IT or MCA with a minimum of 60% marks.
CIL Recruitment 2022: Application Fee
Candidates belonging to the General (UR) / OBC (Creamy Layer & Non-Creamy Layer) / EWS category are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs.1000. SC/ST/PWD candidates/Employees of Coal India Limited and its subsidiaries are exempted from payment of the application fee.
CIL Recruitment 2022: Selection Process
Eligible candidates must have appeared for Graduate Aptitude Test (GATE - 2022) in Engineering. Based on the GATE-2022 score/score and requirement, candidates will be shortlisted discipline-wise in the ratio of 1:3 for the further selection process. The final merit list for each subject will be prepared based on GATE-2022 scores. Please note that for Coal India Limited's 2022 Management Trainee Recruitment, GATE score / 2022 marks only will be valid and 2021 or earlier GATE score/marks will not be valid.
