The Department of Telecommunications says that 5G service will be launched in 13 cities of the country in the year 2022. This was stated in an official statement from DOT on Monday. These 13 cities also include three cities of Gujarat. In which Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar are included but Rajkot, the capital of Saurashtra has been left out while the first 5G service is going to be started from Saurashtra to Jamnagar.

According to Dot, commercial 5G service will be launched in 2022 in Delhi, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chandigarh, Lucknow, Ahmedabad, Gandhinagar and Jamnagar.

The first 5G service will be launched next year in these metros and major cities, according to a statement from DOT.

Bharti Airtel, Reliance Jio and Vodafone Idea are currently testing 5G services in the 700 MHz, 3.5 GHz and 26 GHz bands. In addition, these companies have outlined the benefits of this technology in India in the areas of education, mobility and security. Communications Minister Ashwini Vaishnav said in a statement last month that the 5G spectrum would be auctioned in April-May next year.

However, the auction process may be a little late. Because Troy will give its recommendations on 5G by March. In addition, telecom service providers have also talked to the government about keeping the price of 5G spectrum reasonable. So that more and more industries connected with this sector can participate in it.

We've made great strides in the healthcare sector, but with artificial intelligence and 5G we're ready to go further when it comes to diagnostic and treatment plans. This technology will have a greater impact on the rural health sector, where availability and affordability are key. Airtel has entered into agreements with Cisco, AWS, Ericsson, Ascenture, Nokia and other technology partners to deploy and test 5G solutions for clients such as Apollo Hospitals and Flipkart as part of the 5G for Business plan.

The epidemic caused people to stay home for months and receive entertainment through OTT platforms and video platforms. So 5G technology will take this pleasure of entertainment to new heights with fast speed. You can download videos and movies in high quality in seconds. At the same time your gaming fun will also be thrilling.

A common challenge when it comes to virtual reality headsets is that high pings cause gaps between action and response. Since you need a high-speed network to enjoy AR and VR, 5G technology can easily meet this need.

Another major impact of 5G is the establishment of smart housing and smart cities. This means that in the years to come we can expect self-driving vehicles, smart signals, less traffic on the roads and more cameras for public safety. Technology has become an integral part of our lives today. And over time, that is likely to change. So more data, storage and security will be needed. But with the advent of 5G all areas will change.
