  • First of all, wash your hands thoroughly.
  • Remember the area around the eyes is very sensitive.
  • Massage with your two fingers from the lower part of the eye to the edge of the eyebrow.
  • Move the fingers from the lower part of the eyes to the top with light pressure.
  • Do this 4-5 times.

  • Don't apply too much pressure.
  • You should not feel any pain or discomfort while doing this.

  • Place your two fingers on the sides of the eyes.
  • Lightly stretch the corners of the eyes with light hands.
  • You do not have to let the pressure come on the eyes while doing this.
  • Do this 4-5 times.

  • Massage your forehead upwards with light hands.
  • Start doing this from the corner of your eye.
  • Use 2-2 fingers on both hands.
  • Starting from one side of the forehead go to the other side.
  • During this, you also have to raise your eyebrows.
  • Do this 4-5 times.

  • Massage your eyebrows.
  • This activates the muscles of the face.
  • You start massaging from 1 side of the eyebrow.
  • Take it to the other side with light hands.
  • Repeat this 4-5 times.
