Method of milling posture

  • To do this exercise, first of all, sit straight on the ground.
  • Then sit with your feet apart.
  • Hold hands and extend arms in front of you at shoulder height.
  • Take a deep breath in and start moving the upper body forward and to the right, making an imaginary circle with the body.
  • Breathe in as you move forward and to the right.
  • Exhale as you move backwards and to the left.
  • Stretch forward from the lower back and keep your legs stable.
  • A slight movement in the legs is natural when the head is turned.
  • Walk the arms along the back.
