These asanas help relieve heel pain
Ustrasana
- To do this asana, sit on your knees on the yoga mat and place your hands on your hips.
- Now while breathing, bend the spine backwards and try to hold the ankles with your hands.
- Keep in mind that in this position the heels should be upwards.
- Staying in this posture, take 5 to 6 breaths and then straighten up comfortably.
Balasana
- To do Balasana, sit on your knees and move your hands upward.
- Now bend down and rest your head on the ground.
- Place the palms on the ground.
- In this state, take long, deep breaths.
- Come back to your normal position and relax.
Heel rage
In this, you have to keep the weight of your body on the toes of your feet and pull the body upwards while raising the heels. You can do this 100 times.
Foot rage
Apart from this, you can also do foot raise exercises. This has to be done exactly the opposite of hill rage. In this, you have to keep the heels on the ground and stretch the toes upwards. In this also you can do 100 reps.
