Skin-related problems start increasing with increasing age. Many changes can occur in the skin at the age of 40-45. Like wrinkles on the face, loss of moisture in the skin, pigmentation, acne and pimples, and looseness of the skin are common. However, to get skin like that of 25 at the age of 45, along with a balanced diet, the use of sunscreen, and proper skin care is very important. Apart from this, practicing yoga is also effective in naturally getting glowing skin. Practice some yoga asanas daily for anti-aging. Here some yogasanas are being told for young and glowing skin at the age of 45.

Halasana
To do this asana, lie down on your back and place your palms on the floor next to you. Now lift both your legs upwards 90 degrees. Use your abdominal muscles while doing this process. During this, keep both palms on the ground. Take the back of your head on your feet. Stay in this position for some time.

Sarvangasana
This asana is also like Halasana. To do Sarvangasana, lie down on your back. Place both your hands on the ground beside you. Now slowly raise both the legs and take them towards the sky. While doing this process, slowly move your pelvis upwards. Keep the palms firmly on the ground. Now stay in this position for some time and keep your eyes focused like your feet.

Shirshasana
To do this yoga asana, keep your head on the mat and also keep your palms on the mat. Then bend the arms 90 degrees and place the elbows directly above the wrists. Now raise the knees and extend both the legs towards your palms. First, lift the right leg, and then after maintaining balance, lift the left leg also. Stay in this position for 20-30 seconds with the toes pointing towards the ceiling.
