Bhujangasana
Practice of Bhujangasana is beneficial to get relief from back pain. To do this asana, lie down on the stomach on the ground, join the feet together and keep the palms near the chest in line with the shoulders. Make the body comfortable by placing the forehead on the ground. Now take a deep breath and lift the front part of the body upwards. Raise both hands straight and stay in this posture for 15-20 seconds. Then exhale and return to the normal posture.

Shalabhasana

You can practice Shalabhasana to improve posture and get relief from back pain. To do this asana, lie down on the stomach and place both palms under the thighs. Join the heels of both the feet together and keep the toes of the feet straight. Try to lift the feet slowly. Take a deep breath while moving both the feet upwards and after staying in this position for some time, bring the feet downwards.

Ushtrasana

To do Ushtrasana, sit on your knees and keep the width of both knees equal to the shoulders. Lift the soles towards the sky and try to touch the heels with both hands by bending the spine backwards. Keep in mind that while being in this position, there should not be much pressure on the neck and the part from the waist to the knees should remain straight. Stay in this position and take a deep breath. After some time he returned to his normal state.
