How long should people between 18 to 65 years of age exercise?
In the recent past, many such cases have come to light in which a person died due to excessive workouts in the gym. Exercise is a way to make the body healthy but exercising for the right duration is beneficial only. The time for a workout or exercise is decided according to age. People between the age group of 18 to 65 years should exercise for 150 minutes a week. People in this age group should do agility exercises for at least 75 minutes every week.

Exercise time for people over 65
If you are above 65 years of age, then include yoga or dance in your physical activity. You should work out only three days a week. Do more tiring exercises only after consulting an expert.

Total duration of exercise for children
Children and adolescents aged 5 to 17 years should exercise for at least 60 minutes daily. Teenagers can do exercises that strengthen muscles and bones. Running, jumping, etc. can also be included in the workout.
