Standing in Vrikshasana posture, bend one leg and rest it on the other thigh. Raise your hands in prayer posture and maintain balance for a few seconds. Do this asana with both legs alternately. Vrikshasana balances both body and mind and increases concentration.

Tadasana is a very simple yoga. Stand in this posture and join your legs. Keep the spine straight, shoulders down and hands along the body. Stand in this posture for some time and concentrate on your breathing. Tadasana brings stability to the body and increases concentration.

In Virasana posture, sit on your knees and bend your legs back. Bring the soles of your feet together and keep your spine straight. Keep your hands on your knees or bring them in front in Gyan Mudra. Sit on the ground in Vakrasana posture and bend one leg and place it on the other thigh. Straighten the other leg and extend it in front. Rest the upper hand on the ground behind your back and place the lower hand on the upper thigh. Stay in this posture for some time and then do the same on the other side. Vakrasana brings flexibility to the body, reduces stress and increases concentration.
