Subhadra Yojana
This year, on the occasion of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's birthday, the Karnataka government launched the Subhadra Yojana. Under this scheme, financial assistance of Rs 10,000 is being provided to the women of the state in the form of two installments annually. Women from 21 to 60 years old can avail the benefit of Subhadra Yojana. The benefit of this scheme is being given to those women who are financially weak.
To avail the benefit of Subhadra Yojana, the name of the women of Karnataka must be linked to the ration card under the National Food Security Act (NFSA) or State Food Security Scheme (SFSS). Women whose family income is more than Rs 2.5 lakh. They cannot take advantage of this scheme. You can apply both online and offline in Subhadra Yojana.
Mukhyamantri Mahila Samman Yojana
The Chief Minister Mahila Samman Yojana was started by the Delhi government in the year 2024. Initially, the Delhi government had said that it would give Rs 1 thousand every month to women under this scheme, but now this amount has been increased to Rs 2100. However, women will get the benefit of the scheme after the Delhi elections.
Bima Sakhi Yojana
Women between 18 and 70 years of age who have passed the 10th standard can avail the benefits of Bima Sakhi Yojana of Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). Under the scheme, women will be made insurance agents. This scheme aims to empower women at the economic level. Apart from this, insurance awareness will be promoted through this scheme. Under the Bima Sakhi Yojana, women will also be given special training and honorarium for the next 3 years.
