Use green tea
Green tea is considered very beneficial for health and skin. You can use it to reduce skin-related problems. For this, you will need half a cup of water and 2 teaspoons of green tea.
Now keep a porcelain vessel on the gas. Add water and green tea to it and boil it for 2 minutes. Now switch off the gas and let the water cool down.
This is a kind of natural toner, through which you can tone your skin. Take cotton. Soak it in water with green tea and leave it on your skin.
Everyone knows why it is important to exfoliate the skin. Exfoliating removes dead skin, which works to make new cells. For this, you will not need to buy the product from the market. Just you should have sesame and honey in your kitchen. Grind half a cup of sesame seeds in a mixer. Now add honey and dried mint leaves to it. Then apply it to your face.
If you want, you can also do exfoliation by adding almonds to curd.
Use a mask
It is advised by the doctor that it is necessary to eat fruits. Similarly, using fruits on the skin also gives you many benefits. You can make masks from fruits of banana, apple, papaya and watermelon.
Enzymes are found in abundance in papaya. Using bananas on the skin causes tightening. Watermelon is a good option to keep the skin hydrated. You can apply watermelon to your face. This will make your face glow.
Remedies for hand wrinkles
Along with the face, wrinkles also appear on the hands. For this, you can adopt home remedies. For this, grind 2 tablespoons of sugar coarsely in a mixer. Then add 2 teaspoons of sunflower oil to it. Now mix it. Now apply this paste to your hands. Wash your hands with clean water after about 15 minutes.
