Workout For Women: Belly and waist fat are such that they work to spoil your whole look and it is not so easy to reduce them. Many compromises have to be made along with months of hard work and diet, then only a few inches are reduced. If you are also worried about the fat here and want to reduce it as soon as possible, then you can try the exercises given here. The best part is that all the exercises given here can be done without any equipment.

First exercise
For this, rest your hands on the bed or sofa and make a little gap between the legs.

After this, by giving pressure on the hands, lift the upper body upwards. Then lift the hips upwards while moving the body downwards.

Do this exercise at least 10-15 times.

While doing this exercise, hands, legs, waist, abdomen, shoulders, and neck all remain engaged, due to which their fat is reduced and they are toned.

Second exercise
To do this exercise, sit on a chair or sofa.

Bend the legs and move the legs as if riding a bicycle.

- Straighten it first 15-20 times, then repeat the same number of times in reverse.

While doing this, the core remains engaged, which reduces belly fat and is toned.

Third exercise
For this exercise, stand near the wall in the house.

Then try to touch the wall with both hands once turning to the left and then to the right.

- One round will be completed by mixing both sides. Do at least 20 rounds like this.

This reduces the fat of both the waist and stomach.
