Early Morning - Cucumber-Lemonade

Between 6-7 am

Lemon is an acidic ingredient that improves blood circulation by reaching the body along with water. Start your journey with this water. Put the cucumber in a bottle and then add lemon juice, a few slices and keep it for 1 hour. After that consume it. It will hydrate your body along with removing toxins from the body. This will also remove the problem of gas, acidity, bloating etc.

Breakfast – 2 Moong Dal / Lauki Ka Cheela

Between 7:30-8:30 am

Try to consume 300-350 calories in your breakfast. For this, eat moong dal and lauki ka cheela with sambar for breakfast. Take green tea after 1 hour of this. Moong Dal, Gourd and Oats Cheela is one of those cheelas that are rich in nutrients and benefits. These not only add to the nutritional value but are also great for weight loss.

Mid-Morning - Spice Tea

11 am

With spiced tea and regular exercise and diet, you can lose a lot of weight. This drink has so many health benefits; it helps in enhancing digestive health and removes excess fat and toxins from the body.

Lunch - Oats roti, vegetables and salad

Between 1 pm

Keep your diet gluten-free and include oats. It contains low cholesterol and calories, due to which proves effective in reducing weight. Include 1 bowl of vegetables and 1 oats roti in your lunch. Along with this, include 1 cup of curd and 1 cup salad of tomato/cucumber/beet/carrot.

Post lunch – Coconut water and half a cup of Makhana

Between 4 pm

Coconut water contains potassium and high bioactive enzymes, which improve the metabolic rate in the body and helps the muscles to burn more calories. Therefore drinking coconut water several times a day will keep the body fresh and will help in reducing weight.

Makhana has a detoxifying effect on the liver and boosts metabolism, which helps in shedding excess weight.

Dinner - Beans and Vegetable Soup

Between 7-7:30 pm

Include broth-based vegetable soup in your lunch or dinner. Liquid fills your stomach, leaving less room for high-calorie foods. Black beans, kidney beans, and navy beans are considered the best for weight loss plans. However, take half a cup of them and have vegetable soup together. This will give you plenty of protein and fibre.
