Cabbage, carrot, radish, green peas, 3-4 teaspoon mustard oil, 1 tablespoon asafoetida, 1 tablespoon mustard, 1 tablespoon mustard oil, lemon juice, salt to taste

Method :
First, wash all the vegetables, then cut them.

Put these vegetables in water and boil them.

After this wipe with a clean cloth.

Now heat mustard oil in a pan, then fry the vegetables.

Now add cumin, asafoetida, red chili powder, mustard, turmeric, lemon juice, and salt and mix it well.
