  • This type of problem comes after pregnancy
  • This problem can also come at the time of menopause.
  • If there is any work-related stress or illness then
  • Taking hypertension medicine
  • Mood changes

All these reasons can be part of the low sex drive of women. Most women are not aware of it and they shy away from knowing about it. Exercise regularly. Regular aerobic and strength training exercises can be of great help. This solves the problem of your stamina.

Talk about body image issues. Many women don't talk about it because they feel that there is something wrong with their body and it is because of their body image issues. It is very important to solve it by talking about it.

Try to reduce stress. If you are feeling stressed and the problem is more, then it will affect your sex life too. All you have to do is to reduce your stress a little. If this doesn't happen then the problem will increase.

Talk to a partner: Talking to a partner is very important. If you have not communicated properly with your partner, then you may not be able to speak your words and this can lead to personal problems.

Try role-play: Sometimes lack of adventure also becomes the reason and in this case, you should try role play, erotica etc.

Do not let lack of sleep: Many people do not understand that their physical and mental fatigue plays a big role, which increases the problem. So take care of your body and take plenty of rest.

Take care of diet: You also have to take care of your diet. If there is a deficiency of any kind of vitamins or nutrition in the body, then it can increase the problem.

Therapy can help. Sometimes the problem is not physical but mental and you should consider therapy as well.

Talk to a gynecologist. In most cases, painful intercourse and pelvic infection can cause this problem, and a gynecologist can help you.

Don't forget the lubrication. You also have to take care of your lubrication during sex which will make it less painful.

Keep in mind that this problem can be caused by a combination of many reasons and in such a situation, if you are having trouble, then it is necessary to treat it completely.
