Delhi Metro's WhatsApp-based ticketing system is available in both Hindi and English. This entire work will be completed through a chatbot. To book metro tickets, save the number +91-9650855800 on your phone.
Go to the WhatsApp app and send hi to 9650855800.
Now select your language.
After this click on the “Buy Ticket” button.
Now enter the name of the station from where you want to travel.
Now enter the name of the station to which you want to travel.
After this make payment and get the ticket.
You can book a maximum of 6 tickets at a time. You will get the ticket with a QR code on WhatsApp itself. This ticket booking facility is available for all metro lines from 6 am to 9 pm. Ticket booking for the Airport Line is from 4 am to 11 pm. After taking the ticket through WhatsApp, it cannot be canceled. There will be no charges for making payments through UPI, however, charges may be levied on card payments.
