If you want to lose weight consistently, try taking any one of the following natural remedies available in your kitchen-

Hot water

It is hot in strength, penetrates deep into the fat tissues and helps in melting the fat quickly. Also improves Agni (metabolism).

Process-

  • You can have a glass of warm water in the morning.

Cinnamon

Improves digestion, lowers sugar levels, lowers cholesterol and burns fat.

Process-

  • It is best to take a pinch with 1 teaspoon of honey on an empty stomach.

Green tea

Green tea rich in anti-oxidants helps in weight loss.

Process-

  • One cup of green tea is enough to increase your fat loss.

Lemon

Lemon is the most famous natural remedy for weight loss works. However, women with joint pain and high acidity should avoid taking it.

Process-

  • For others, 1 lemon with warm water on an empty stomach works great.

Black pepper

Black pepper contains piperine, a compound that helps increase metabolism and prevent the accumulation of fat in the body.

Process-

  • Waking up in the morning with lemonade with a dash of black pepper helps you lose weight quickly.

Gooseberry

Amla is my favorite fruit for all disorders from obesity and thyroid to diabetes and constipation. Its sour taste helps in speeding up your fat loss.

Process-

  • Eat 1 amla daily or take its juice on an empty stomach.

Triphala

Triphala flushes out toxins and cleanses your system.

Process-

  • Take 1 teaspoon with warm water at bedtime.

Honey

Honey is best for drying out unnecessary fat and scraping it as a warm nature. Never drink with hot water, just lukewarm water is best.

Process-

  • Take 1 teaspoon of it in lukewarm water. You can also add lemon to it.

Avoid/limit the following foods to lose weight effectively:

  • White sugar
  • Gluten
  • Fine flour
  • Fried things
  • Alcohol
  • Coffee Tea
  • Carbonated drinks

Along with the above measures, it is imperative to eat healthy food and exercise, sleep well and manage stress to lose weight.
