Celery and Tomato Recipe
* 1 celery leaf or its stalk (if there is no stalk, you can also use seeds)
* 1 medium-sized tomato
* 1 medium-sized carrot
* 2-3 garlic cloves
* 1½ cups vegetable stock
* 1 tsp freshly ground black pepper
* 1 tsp oil
* salt to taste
