So know how to make corn soup at home for weight loss-

Ingredients to make Corn Soup
a cup of corn
4 tbsp finely chopped onion
2 garlic cloves
¼ cup finely chopped carrots
a small piece of ginger
¼ chopped beans
one spoon cornflour
a spoonful of vinegar
1 teaspoon black pepper powder
3 tbsp olive oil
salt to taste

Recipe
To make delicious and healthy corn soup, first finely chop onion, garlic, carrot and beans.
Now take a pan and put 3 tbsp olive oil in it and let it get hot.
Then add garlic and ginger pieces and fry in oil
After this, add onions to the pan and fry
Now add half a cup of sweet corn, carrot and beans
Fry all the vegetables for two minutes
Put the remaining half cup of sweet corn in a mixer jar.
Add 2 spoons of water and grind it to prepare corn paste.
Keep in mind the paste should be smooth
Then put this paste in the pan and let it cook for two minutes.
Now add 3 cups of water and salt as per taste and mix it well.
Cover the soup and let it boil for 10 to 15 minutes
Now put one spoon of maize flour in a cup and make a paste by adding some water.
