2. Multigrain flour roti or bread
If you are eating wheat flour roti or white bread in the morning, then change this habit immediately because there are better multigrain flour products. Multigrain bread or its bread is considered very healthy and is effective in weight loss and if you eat it regularly, your fitness will remain intact.
3. Oatmeal
