Why shouldn't we eat tomatoes in excess?
1. Acidity

4. Allergies
Some people may be allergic to tomatoes, in such a situation, one should avoid eating more tomatoes, otherwise, there may be itching or red rash on the skin, which usually irritates.
5. Risk of weight gain
Tomatoes also contain some amount of natural sugar along with vitamin C and potassium, which can lead to weight gain. Apart from this, those people who have diabetes problem should know the limit of eating tomatoes.
