Flour - one and a half cup
Milk - 1 cup
Condensed milk - 3/4 cup
Vinegar - 1.5 tbsp
Refined oil - 1/4 cup
Liquid red food color - 2 tsp
Vanilla essence - 1.5 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Baking powder – 1 tsp
Cold heavy cream - as required
Sugar powder - 1 tbsp

Method
Heart shape red velvet cake is best for Valentine's Day. To make this, first of all, take a heart shape mold. Now put oil in it and keep it in a pan on a medium flame for heating. Keep the mold covered for 10 minutes to preheat. After this, you have to prepare the cake batter. For this, first, add condensed milk and refined in a big bowl and whisk it well.

After getting a creamy texture, add all-purpose flour, baking powder, vanilla essence, and baking soda to it and mix it well. After this add milk little by little and mix it well. This will make its smooth batter ready. There should not be any lumps in the batter otherwise the cake will not become fluffy.

After the batter is ready, add red food color to it and mix it well. At the very least, add vinegar to it. Your mold should be pretty hot by now. Pour the batter into the cake mold and cover the pan for 40 to 50 minutes. After the time is up, check whether the cake is cooked or not by inserting a knife or toothpick. If the cake is raw, it will stick to the knife. If it is done, then turn off the gas and keep it cool. Meanwhile, you can prepare sugar syrup.

To make this, first, take three spoons of water and mix one spoon of sugar in it and prepare it by making sugar syrup. After this, add this syrup to the heavy cream and mix it well with the help of a blender or beater, until it becomes completely creamy in texture. Now cut a thin layer of the cake and separate it. Break it finely and keep it.

After this, divide the remaining cake into two equal parts. Now apply the cream in between these two parts. After placing both layers above the other, apply sugar syrup to it. After this, apply the cream well on top of the cake and cover the cake.

Now you can decorate it in your own way. If desired, make a zig-zag design with the help of a cooking blade and then with the help of a piping bag, make a design on the cake. Now put the crushed cake pieces on it. Now keep it in the fridge for 3 hours to set. Your heart shape cake is ready.
