In today's time, almost everyone has a bank account and many people have more than one. People keep their hard-earned money in the bank account and the bank also gives interest on it. At the same time, you do not have to go to the bank for many bank-related works because some work is done through online banking or mobile banking. However, there are many works for which one has to go to the bank and during this, we need some documents. So let's know which are these documents, if they are not there, your work may get stuck or you may have to go home and bring these documents. You can learn about this in the next slides...
Do not forget to take these documents while going to the bank:-
Passbook
Whenever you go to the bank, take the passbook with you because this passbook is your identity in the bank. To get any information about your account, you have to tell the account number which is in your passbook itself. So do not forget to take it with you.
Aadhar Card
If you are going to the bank, you may need Aadhar Card for many purposes. Your account is dormant and you need to activate it or get KYC done etc. For such works you need Aadhar. Therefore, keep four-five copies of it with you, so that you do not have to go home again.
PAN Card
Just as an Aadhar Card is needed in the bank, similarly you may need a PAN Card too. You may need it for transactions above Rs 50,000. Therefore, get some copies of it and keep them with you.
Passport Size Photo
You may also need a passport-size photo in the bank. Like - to put in some form etc. Therefore, keep some of your latest passport-size photos with you so that your work at the bank does not get stuck due to the photo.
