Step 1
If your age is also more than 70 years, then you can get an Ayushman card made.
You can apply for it online only.
To get an Ayushman card made, first of all, you have to go to the official website of the scheme pmjay.gov.in
Step 2
As soon as you go to the website, you will see many options here
You have to go to the 'PMJAY for 70+' section among these
After this you will see the option of 'Enrol for PMJAY for 70+' and you have to click on it
Step 3
Then you have to give your Aadhar card information here
After this, you also have to get your Aadhar card verified
For Aadhar verification, an OTP will come on your registered mobile number, which you have to fill in here
Step 4
Now that Aadhar has been verified, upload your documents here
Among these, You have to upload a Domicile Certificate, Photo, Aadhar Card, and other documents
Then you have to click on the submit button
After some time you will see that your application has been accepted and then you can download the Ayushman Card through which you can get free treatment up to Rs 5 lakh every year.
