The combination of puri with spiced potatoes tastes amazing. So how can you make this delicious breakfast in an easy way, know here?

Material :
1 cup flour, 1/4 cup gram flour, 2 tbsp semolina, 1 tbsp ghee, oil for frying
for spices
1/2 tsp fenugreek seeds, a pinch of asafoetida, 3/4 tsp red chili, 1/4 tsp turmeric, 1 tsp coriander, garam masala, 1/4 tsp carom seeds, cumin, salt

Method :
Soak fenugreek seeds and asafoetida in half a cup of hot water and keep aside.
Mix all three flours for puri. Add spices and ghee to it and mix.
Add asafoetida water little by little and knead the dough.
Apply some oil and keep it.
Before making, knead the dough once more.
Make small balls out of it, roll them into a poori, and fry them in hot oil.
On the other hand, peel the potatoes and cut them into small pieces and fry them.
- Pour a tablespoon of oil in a pan. Asafoetida. After sprinkling cumin, mix spices and potatoes and fry.
This is a good option for travel.
