1 1/2 cups boiled black gram
1 tsp cumin
2 chopped green chilies
1 teaspoon virgin olive oil
1 tsp coriander powder
1 1/2 tsp red chili powder
1 1/2 tsp cumin powder
1/4 tsp black salt
1 tsp dried mango powder
1 tbsp coriander leaves
salt as required
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 medium onion
1 medium tomato
1 medium raw mango
chaat masala powder as required

How to make Chana and Boondi Chaat
Fry the ingredients

Heat oil in a non-stick kadhai, add cumin seeds, and chopped green chilies, and cook.

Also, add boiled black gram and fry it lightly on low flame.

Add spices and fry
After that add coriander powder, red chili powder, roasted cumin powder, black salt, and mango powder and fry on low flame.

Decorate and prepare to serve
Add chopped coriander leaves with salt and mix. Take out the gram mixture and boondi in a bowl.
