All you need is some boiled sprouted moong, vegetables, spices, and gram flour. Just knead the dough and make small kebabs with the help of it. You can also cook them in the air fryer or bake them in the oven. Here we have used only two spoons of oil to make all the kebabs. Ingredients for making Moong Sprouts Kebabs-
200 grams boiled sprouted moong
1 medium green chili
1/2 tsp chaat masala powder
1/2 tsp cumin powder
Black salt as required


1 onion
1 tomato
100 grams gram flour (gram flour)
2 tbsp coriander leaves
2 tablespoons vegetable oil

How to make Moong Sprouts Kebabs -


Chop onion, cucumber, and green chilies. Put them in a bowl. Add gram flour, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, and green coriander to the bowl. Now put the boiled sprouted moong in the bowl. Lightly mash everything together and prepare the dough. If needed, add 2-4 tbsp of water. Heat oil in a pan. Now make small kebabs from the dough and fry them till they turn golden brown from both sides. Serve healthy kebabs with mint chutney or ketchup.
