Urad Dal Soup-

Ingredients
Urad dal - 1 cup
Chana dal - 1 cup
Onion - 1
Tomato - 1
Garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger - 1 tsp
Green chili - 1
salt - as per taste
Black pepper powder - as per taste
Garam Masala Powder - 1 tsp

Method of preparation- First of all, soak urad dal and gram dal in a vessel for 1 hour and keep it. Now put oil in the cooker and fry the onions and tomatoes in the pressure cooker. Simultaneously, add lentils and salt to the cooker and cook it well. When the lentils are cooked well, keep them cool down and after cooling, grind the mixture well. Now heat ghee in a pan and fry ginger and garlic well. Now after this put the paste of lentils in the pan and after this add green chili, black pepper to the mixture. Now add 2 to 3 glasses of water and cook the mixture well for 7 to 8 minutes. After this add garam masala and mix well. Now garnish with chili flakes on top and serve it hot.
