Sometimes blackness starts increasing on the neck and other parts of the body. Hyperpigmentation is visible on the skin of those places beyond the face, as well as the skin also starts getting rough. In childhood, grandmothers used to say that taking a bath after rubbing does not allow dirt to accumulate in the body, but sometimes that too does not make any difference.

Many skin problems are related to our diet and skincare routine. If this kind of blackness has accumulated in your body too, then what should be done, let us know about it.

Renowned dermatologist and social media influencer DrManoj Das has shared information related to this on his social media account. Dr. Manoj says that it is not sunburn, but it is dead skin and body dirt. According to DrManoj, it takes time for these remedies to take effect. No magic happens overnight.

Dirt accumulates on the body

This is another medical condition beyond sunburn and tanning. Its name is hyperkeratosis (hyperkeratosis). In this condition, the dead cells of our skin start accumulating and the outer layer becomes hard. This is called the extra layer of the skin which is made of keratin. This happens when the process of formation of dead cells on the skin is very fast.

It is more on those parts of the body which are exposed to the sun. Apart from this, lack of hygiene and hasty bathing etc. can be the reason for this. Along with this, if you do not use a good moisturizer or body lotion even after having dry skin, then there may be a problem with dead skin.

What to do?

  • Cover yourself as much as possible in the sun.
  • Exfoliate your body in the shower and give yourself time.
  • Do take care of body lotion or moisturizing.

If someone has this problem in the house, then you can also have it. In this case, pay attention to diet for blood purification. Contact your doctor and get a diet chart made according to your health condition and try blood purification.

DIY hack to remove built-up grime

According to DrManoj, if you exfoliate the skin properly, then this problem will start reducing gradually. For this, it is necessary to use some skin-exfoliating ingredients along with powerful ingredients like lactic acid.

  • 4 tbsp curd
  • 2 tbsp wheat bran
  • 1 tsp papaya pulp
  • a little flour

Mix all these things well and apply them to your skin for half an hour. To remove it, moisten your fingers and rub them lightly like a boil. You will see its effect gradually. Keep in mind that the skin is not to be rubbed all at once, rather you have to exfoliate your skin slowly. By doing this with too much pressure, rashes can occur on your skin and you may also be allergic.

You have to take care of your hygiene, protect your skin from the sun, take care of your diet and then apply DIY hacks. You can solve this problem only by using all these things. Otherwise, you can also find out about chemical treatments from a dermatologist.

Before trying any kind of DIY hack, you must do a patch test on your skin. Not every recipe suits everyone, so keep this in mind.
