- Almonds are effective in increasing hair growth and reducing hair fall. They are rich in calcium, magnesium, fibre and many other nutrients. These help in making the scalp healthy and hair roots strong.
- Pumpkin seeds contain zinc. This is also good for hair growth.
- Sunflower seeds contain selenium and biotin. It reduces hair fall and makes hair healthy.
- Carrots contain Vitamin A. It is beneficial in reducing hair fall, providing natural growth and conditioning to the hair.
- Beetroot is rich in iron, vitamin B6, magnesium and many other nutrients, the deficiency of which causes hair fall. In such a situation, eating beetroot fulfils the deficiency of these nutrients and reduces hair fall.
Soup to stop hair fall
Ingredients required
- Carrot - 1
- Beetroot - 1
- Ginger - half-inch
- Black pepper – a pinch
- Rock salt – a pinch
- Pumpkin seeds- 1 tsp
- Sunflower seeds- 1 tsp
- Almonds (soaked)-5
Method to prepare
- Add water to the cooker.
- Add vegetables and ginger to it and cook.
- Then blend it till the right consistency.
- Now add salt and black pepper to it.
- Your healthy soup is ready.
- Drink it garnished with almonds and seeds.
