When the summer is at its peak, it seems as if fire is raining from the sky. Increased temperature reduces the energy of the body. At home or office, the coolness of the AC gives comfort, but getting out is like a challenge. There can also be a risk of heat stroke if you step out in the scorching heat. Due to heat stroke, many other types of diseases can bother you. In such a situation, special care needs to be taken in the summer. Especially, more precautions should be taken in this season with elders and children. In summer, there is a need to change your diet to the fabric of your clothes. Just like our body needs warmth in the cold, for which we resort to bonfires, heaters, warm things and clothes. In the same way, attention should be paid to keeping the body cool even in summer. You can keep the body cool by following some easy tips during the summer season.
Choose the right fabric for clothes
Wear clothes made of fabrics like cotton and linen in summer. Choose lightweight clothes and allow your body to breathe. Do not wear clothes that stick to the body. Wear clothes in which air can reach the body and sweat can escape from the body. Keep the colour of clothes light instead of dark.
Do these things while going out
While going out of the house, keep an umbrella, scarf and glasses with you. So that the sunlight does not fall directly on your head. Sit in the shade of a tree or any other shady place in between. Avoid walking in continuous heat. Due to this, there is a danger of heat stroke. Avoid leaving the house in strong sunlight.
Keep the diet
The diet should also be taken care of in summer. Include more amount of water in your diet. Also, avoid eating heavy food. The body has to work harder to digest heavy food; the same light food is easily digested. So keep your diet light in summer. Keep taking water and liquid things in between.
