Hormones play an important role in all of our bodies. Especially, the balance of hormones in the body of women is very important, otherwise, it affects many things including women's weight, digestion and fertility. Hormonal imbalance can harm women in many ways. Many hormones, such as estrogen, testosterone, insulin, and cortisol, are essential for many body functions.
Many times, some of our mistakes are the reason behind hormonal imbalances. Therefore, many changes in the routine are necessary to reduce it. To cure hormonal imbalance, women should make these changes in their routine (How to cure Hormonal Imbalance in Females)
- Do not drink caffeine drinks like tea and coffee on an empty stomach. This may spoil digestion. Apart from this, do not drink coffee even with food.
- Drink tea-coffee 1 hour after eating.
- Do not use refined oil for cooking. This causes harm to health and is responsible for hormonal imbalance. Instead, cook food in ghee or cold-pressed oil.
- Use millets like ragi, jowar and bajra instead of flour. Flour can further aggravate the symptoms of PCOS. To avoid hormonal imbalance, women should stay away from it.
- Sitting after eating also affects many hormones including insulin. This may increase obesity. Therefore, walk for at least 15-20 minutes after eating.
- To stay healthy, women should not only include cardio workouts but also include yoga, cardio and strength training in their routine. This maintains the balance of hormones in the body.
- Use chemical-free cosmetics. Present in cosmetics and hair and skin care products, cause hormonal imbalance.
