Eat these fruits
Bananas, guava and apple, all these three fruits are good for relieving constipation. This also makes the stomach feel full. Must eat one of these three fruits during the day. This will clean the stomach easily in the morning.
Take a walk
Do walk for at least 30 minutes a day. You can also do light exercise. This will cause movement in your body. Digestion is good due to the movement in the body. It is easy for the waste to move out of the large intestine and the stomach becomes clean.
