Cooking Tips: Eating spinach in winter is very beneficial for health. Instead of always making palak ka saag, you can also try some other spinach recipes. Lahsuni spinach is also such a dish, which you will enjoy eating very much. This dish tastes very tasty with corn roti and rice. If you want to enhance the taste of garlic spinach, then you can eat it by adding desi ghee.

Ingredients for making Garlic Spinach-
1/2 kg spinach
2 tbsp garlic chopped
1/2 cup onion
2 green chilies
1 tsp garam masala
2 dry red chilies salt to taste

Method to make Garlic Spinach-
First of all, wash the spinach thoroughly and cook it in a pressure cooker with water for 2 whistles. When the pressure is released, put the spinach in cold water. Put oil in a pan on medium heat and keep it to heat. Add cumin seeds to it and temper it. Then add onion and garlic and fry till light golden. Meanwhile, grind spinach and green chilies in a grinder jar and make a paste. Add this ground spinach with roasted onions and garlic and cook for 10 minutes. Add garam masala and salt and cook for 2 more minutes. If the spinach looks thick then you can add some water. On the other hand, put oil in a pan and keep it for heating. Add dry red chilies to it and immediately put the tempering on the spinach and turn off the gas. Garlic spinach is ready. Serve hot with roti.
