The report says that WhatsApp is going to remove the options of 'Broadcast List' and 'New Group' from the chat list. These options were given on the top right side of the screen.

At the top of the chat screen, which is the 'Archive List', WhatsApp wants to leave only that option on the screen and wants to remove the rest i.e. Broadcast List and New Group options from there.
