Material
Potatoes – 2 (boiled)
Peas - 1/2 cup
Carrot – 1/2 cup
French Beans - 1/2 cup
Beetroot – 1/2 cup
Garlic – 10 to 12
Flour – 3 tbsp
Onion - 1
Green chili - 4
Breadcrumbs – 1/2 cup
Coriander – 1/4 cup
Ginger – 1 inch finely chopped
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder – 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder – 1/2 tsp
Garam masala - 1 teaspoon
Lemon juice – 2 tbsp
salt to taste

How to make vegetable cutlets
1. First of all, cook peas, beans, beetroot, and carrots thoroughly in a pressure cooker. For this, add 1 cup water and some salt and take a whistle.
2. On the other hand, place a pan on the gas and add some oil to it and fry the onion. After this, fry green chilies and finely chopped ginger-garlic for a few minutes.
3. After this, fry the boiled vegetables with onion. - Add chili powder, coriander, turmeric, and salt to it and fry for some time. Now add breadcrumbs to it and mash it well.
4. Finally add lemon juice, green coriander and garam masala, mix well and turn off the gas. Now take it out in a plate and cool it.
5. After this, make small balls and prepare them in your favorite design. If you have a heart-shaped plate then you can make a design from it.
6. Heat enough oil for frying in a pan on gas. Now wrap the prepared tikkis in the design with dry flour and fry them one by one on low flame. Cook all the tikkis in the same manner and then the veg cutlets are ready, which you can serve.
