Ingredients to make Paneer Cheese Cutlet
Paneer: 200 grams
Potatoes: 2 medium
Cheese: 50 grams
Green chilies: 2
Coriander leaves: 2 tablespoons
Cumin powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Garam masala: 1/2 teaspoon
Red chili powder: 1/2 teaspoon
Salt: according to taste
Bread crumbs: 1 cup
Cornflour: 2 tablespoons
Water: 1/4 cup
Oil


Method
To make Paneer Cheese Cutlet, first of all, add grated paneer, mashed potatoes, grated cheese, green chilies, ginger, coriander leaves, cumin powder, garam masala, red chili powder, and salt in a large vessel. Now mix all the ingredients well so that a uniform mixture is prepared.
Make small balls from the mixture and press them into the shape of flat cutlets. Place all the cutlets on a plate. Now prepare a thin batter by mixing cornflour and water in a separate deep plate.
After this, dip each cutlet in cornflour batter first, then wrap it in bread crumbs so that the cutlets get an even coating. When all the cutlets are ready, fry them in a pan of hot oil until golden brown. Serve hot cheesy paneer cutlets with green chutney or tomato sauce.
