Today we are telling you the easy recipe for Sweet Corn Soup, which you can easily make at home.
1.5 cups corn kernels
1/2 tsp cornflour
1/4 cup chopped carrots
1/4 cup chopped green onions
1/4 tsp black pepper powder
2 cups vegetable stock
1 tablespoon butter
1/2 teaspoon garlic
1/2 tsp ginger
salt to taste
In a pressure cooker, add 2 cups of water and salt to the corn kernels and cook on low flame. After this take out the corn kernels and let them cool down.
Dissolve 1/2 tsp cornflour in 1/4 cup of water.
Grind one cup of corn kernels in a mixer along with a little water.
Now heat butter in a pan and fry chopped carrots and green onions in it.
Add the ground corn kernels to the pan and mix well.
Put the remaining corn kernels in the pan.
Now add vegetable stock to it.
Add cornflour dissolved in water to it.
Add black pepper and salt to taste and let it cook for 3-4 minutes.
When it becomes thick, serve it hot.
