Anjali says that body odour is a problem for many people and because there is no medicine for it, so you have to reduce it with some lifestyle tips.

1. Eat food that has a less bad smell-

According to Anjali Mukherjee, if you eat such food, which itself has a lot of fragrance or smell, then it can increase the odour of the body. For example, if you keep a lot of fish, fenugreek, garlic, onion, spices, etc. in your diet, then the smell of your sweat will be stronger and your feet will also smell dirty.

2. Make sure to drink water so that the body remains hydrated-

Water can be the cause of many problems. If you do not drink enough water, it will heat the body and sweat more. Our sweat smells more when it is dehydrated.

3. Coriander-mint drink will help-

Anjali also shared a DIY drink made with coriander and mint.

Ingredients-

  • 1/2 cup coriander
  • 1/2 cup mint
  • Black Salt
  • Lemon
  • Water (as needed)

Blend everything by extracting lemon juice and including them in your diet daily. According to Anjali, this drink can reduce your body odour problem to a great extent.
