Material :
5 almonds
2 Alphonso mangoes
15 grams oats
110 ml milk
160 ml curd
30 g sugar or honey

Method :
First of all, peel the mango and cut it into pieces and keep it aside.

Now heat milk in a vessel and then add oats to it and cook for a few minutes.

After this, turn off the gas and then add sugar or honey to it and mix it well.

Now keep this mixture aside to cool completely.

After this grind the almonds coarsely in a blender.

Lastly add mangoes, oats, almonds, sugar, and curd and blend till smooth.

Now keep this in the fridge for an hour and then serve cold.
