The heat is continuously increasing across the country. Heatwave has started showing its wrath in many states. In this season, people face many problems, to avoid which people are advised to stay at home. In many states, the mercury has crossed 40 degrees, due to which the condition of people is bad. People take many measures to avoid heatstroke. They make changes in everything from their food to their clothes.

If you also want to avoid heatstroke, you can include onion with vinegar in your diet. Onions with vinegar are served with food in every restaurant. Everyone likes to eat it. If you want, you can prepare it at home with an easy method. By consuming it you will get relief from many summer problems.

Vinegar onion preparation
20 onions (small ones)
half a bowl of white vinegar
half cup water
3 teaspoon sugar
2 teaspoon salt
Chopped beetroot

Method
Making vinegared onion is quite easy. To make this, first peel the onion and clean it thoroughly. After this make cuts in these onions. Keep in mind that these cuts should not go across the onion.
Now put vinegar in a big bowl. After this add water to this bowl. After adding water, add 3 spoons of sugar and 2 spoons of salt in it. After mixing salt and sugar, add chopped beetroot to it.
Lastly, you have to add onion in a bowl. Keep this vinegared onion in a glass jar. This jar has to be kept like this for two to three days.
Keep in mind to keep stirring it two to three times a day. When the color of the water changes, you can consume it. You can keep it for a week. You can serve it in a salad instead of plain onion.
