Ingredients:

Sugarcane juice - 1 liter

- Soaked rice - 1 bowl

- Coconut powder - 1 cup

- Green cardamom - 2

A handful of crushed dry fruits

Method :

  • First, boil the sugarcane juice in a pan.
  • Now add green cardamom to the cucumber to taste.
  • Then add soaked rice and let it cook on low flame.
  • When the rice is boiled, add coconut powder to it.
  • Now you also put dry fruits in your kheer.
  • After this, let the kheer cook for 5 minutes, then turn off the gas.
  • In this way, your sugarcane kheer will be ready in 10 minutes.
