Material
Khichdi - 1/4 cup
Gram flour - 1
Onion (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green Coriander (finely chopped) – 2 tbsp
Green chili (finely chopped) – half teaspoon
Garlic paste – half teaspoon
Red chilli powder - Oil for frying
salt to taste

How to make tikki
1. Make tikkis by mixing all the ingredients except oil and lemon juice for frying.

2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the tikkis until they turn golden.

3. Squeeze lemon juice and serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
