Soya Paratha Recipe: Everyone likes to eat hot parathas. People eat more potato and onion parathas. Today we will tell you the recipe for Soya Chunks Paratha. Which you can easily make at home.

Method :
Add carom seeds, salt, little ghee, and water to the flour and knead it soft.

Put soaked moong dal, soaked soya chunks in a blender and make a smooth paste.

Then heat ghee and add a pinch of asafoetida and cumin.

Now add the paste of dal and soya chunks and mix well.

Mix salt, turmeric powder, and red chili powder in it, and fry for some time.

Now make small balls from the dough and fill some soya-lentil puree in between.

Heat the griddle and bake the parantha in ghee.
