In the winter season, light hunger often starts troubling in the evening. In such a situation, if you are looking for some snacks, then Crispy Chilli Potatoes will be a perfect option. You can easily prepare it at home.

Ingredients
250 grams potatoes
finely chopped coriander
One or two finely chopped green chilies
1 tsp ginger paste
4 tbsp cornflour
two tablespoons flour
2 tbsp tomato sauce
a spoonful of soy sauce
half a teaspoon chili sauce
1 teaspoon vinegar
1/2 tsp chili flakes
half a teaspoon black pepper
salt to taste

Method :
First of all, peel the potatoes and cut them one cm thick and 2-3 inches long.

Now keep a vessel for heating water add salt and potatoes to it and boil it lightly.

After a while, take out the potatoes from the water and add cornflour, flour, black pepper, and salt to it and mix.

After this, make a batter by adding water and when the oil is hot in the pan, add potatoes and fry till it becomes crispy.

Now keep the fried potatoes aside and heat oil in another pan. Add Luhsan-ginger and green chilies to it.

After some time add red chili sauce, vinegar, chili flakes, and soy sauce and mix it.

After this, make a batter by adding cornflour, salt, black pepper, and water in a bowl and pour it into the pan.

When the sauce thickens, add fried potatoes and cook for a while and then serve hot.
