Always turn off your device and unplug it before cleaning.
After this, tear a small piece of cotton and wrap it on a toothpick, or use a cotton swab directly.
Use short bursts of compressed air to remove dust particles from the charging port. Keep the can upright and avoid spraying for a long time.
Also, insert the cotton swab or toothpick gently and move it around to remove debris. Clean thoroughly
Give the port a final blast of compressed air to remove any particles.
If you see a lot of dirt, lightly moisten a cotton swab with rubbing alcohol before wiping it off. Use as little alcohol as possible and allow the port to dry completely before using your phone again.
