Watermelon keeps blood pressure levels right

Watermelon is rich in magnesium and potassium which are essential for keeping your blood pressure under control and normal. If you include it in your diet in any form, then it helps in blood pressure management. Watermelon is 92% water and it is packed with the rest of the nutrients and vitamins. Harmful for diabetics

People who have diabetes, if those people eat watermelon empty stomach, then it increases the glucose level of the body which can be very harmful. Therefore, even after forgetting diabetic patients, watermelon should not be consumed on an empty stomach.

Increases the problem of PCOD

For people who have PCOD, if they consume watermelon on an empty stomach, then their problem increases even more. This can further increase the size of your cyst. Therefore, while including it in the diet, keep in mind that does not forget to eat it on an empty stomach.
