50 grams vermicelli
for the main dish
1/2 liter milk
1/4 cup sugar
almonds as needed
1 tsp poppy seeds
raisins as needed
Cashew nuts as needed
as needed cardamom essence
for the tempering
3 tbsp ghee

Step 1:
To make Sheer Khurma, first, take a pan and put some ghee in it and let it heat up. After the ghee is heated, add poppy seeds, cashews, raisins, almonds, and all the things, and fry them well for 2-3 minutes while stirring the spoon.

Step 2:
After 2 to 3 minutes, put the vermicelli in the pan and fry it till it becomes golden brown. When the vermicelli is fried, add a little hot water to it and stir it with a spoon while mixing everything well. Now add milk as required and add cardamom powder.

Step 3:
Add sugar to the prepared sheer khurma, mix it well and cook it on a medium flame for 4 to 5 minutes. Decorate the top by adding dry fruits as per your choice and enjoy this special sweet dish of Eid with your friends and family.
