Ingredients for making Shahi Paneer

200 grams oil
200 grams of ginger and chili paste
1 kg tomato (grated)
1 tbsp Kashmiri chilli
2 tbsp garam masala
1 to 1.5 tsp red chili (crushed)
100 grams magic paste
100 grams of cashew paste
2 to 2.5 tbsp coriander powder
250 grams khoya
water (as needed)
2 tbsp salt
500 grams of Onion (roasted)
250 g tomato ketchup
1 kg paneer
100 g cream
one and a half teaspoon sugar
Coriander leaves and kasoori methi (for garnishing)


How to make Shahi Paneer

To make Shahi Paneer-like market, first, you put oil in a pan and heat it on the gas.
When the oil becomes hot, add ginger and chili paste and fry it for a while.
When both the ingredients are lightly fried, then add grated tomatoes to it.
After a while, add Kashmiri red chili and fry it on low flame.
When all the ingredients are fried a little, then add garam masala powder and crushed red chili and cook the gravy.
When the gravy is lightly cooked, add magic and cashew paste and cook it again for a while.
After a while, add coriander powder and grated khoya to the gravy.
Cook the gravy till the spices leave the oil.
When the masala leaves the oil, add salt, water, and roasted onions and cook it again for a while.
Now add shredded cheese and cook it.
